There are two main user types within organization accounts. However, you can customize the terminology you use to ensure Lifetick accurately captures your user types. By default, the user types are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Coaches<\/strong> (But this can be changed to managers, teachers, parents, team leaders etc)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clients<\/strong> (But this can be changed to employees, students, children, staff, team members etc)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or both. (This might be relevant in a company where a Manager is both employee of company and Manager of other Employees)<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: Only users with the \u2018Super Coach\u2019 role can add users across the organization. A \u201cCoach\u201d can add his\/her own \u2018Clients\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Coaches <\/strong>can add users by clicking on \u2018Assigned to me\u2019 (i.e. My employees, My students, My children). Remember that these roles will be labelled according to the naming convention you choose. i.e. Super Coach = Super Manager, Super Teacher, or Super Parent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/knowledge.lifetick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/2a.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"306\" src=\"https:\/\/knowledge.lifetick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/2a-1024x306.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1703\" srcset=\"https:\/\/knowledge.lifetick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/2a-1024x306.png 1024w, https:\/\/knowledge.lifetick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/2a-300x90.png 300w, https:\/\/knowledge.lifetick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/2a-768x229.png 768w, https:\/\/knowledge.lifetick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/2a.png 1240w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Associate Coaches <\/strong>by default are Coaches and therefore can have their own Clients assigned to them (or they can create and assign users to themselves). They can be a client or a coach or both. In this example, the naming convention uses employee for client and manager for coach. Clients are those that receive coaching and set goals. Coaches are those who view others\u2019 goals and support them in achieving them. Organisations with hierarchies may want some of their people to be coaches and clients. They may coach some users and be coached by another user.<br><br>Note: If you are a Super Coach or a System Administrator and would like the Coach to be able to interact with everyone in the organization, you check the &#8216;This user is a Coach\u2019 check box and then select the radio button for \u2018Super Coach.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following example shows the settings for a school that have &#8220;Teachers&#8221; instead of &#8220;Coaches&#8221;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/knowledge.lifetick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Teacher-Roles.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/knowledge.lifetick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Teacher-Roles-1024x648.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1876\" width=\"550\" height=\"348\" srcset=\"https:\/\/knowledge.lifetick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Teacher-Roles-1024x648.png 1024w, https:\/\/knowledge.lifetick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Teacher-Roles-300x190.png 300w, https:\/\/knowledge.lifetick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Teacher-Roles-768x486.png 768w, https:\/\/knowledge.lifetick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Teacher-Roles.png 1052w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Each Coach can create their own groups for the clients assigned to them. This can be used by the coach to filter their users and provide another option for messaging clients. Note: Coaches can message individuals, all their clients or the groups they create.<br><br>If no groups have been set up, it can be done from this screen. Check this box if you want to allow this user to have complete access to your Lifetick account. This includes adding, assigning and removing users, changing the settings, branding and subscription. record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Note: When creating an Associate Coach, you must Save and then reopen the Associate Coach to then associate users to them<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Coaches see their Assignees in &#8216;Assigned to me&#8217;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Associate Coaches see Assignees of other Coaches that they are associated to in &#8220;Associated to me&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Super Coaches see all users in &#8216;Everyone&#8217;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a
