Coach Dashboard Guide

The Coach Dashboard displays a summary view of each team’s completed and done late tasks and goals, journals written, and trackers recorded. User roles that can see this Dashboard are Managers/Coaches/Teachers, Super Managers/ Super Coaches/ Super Teachers, and System Administrators.

Import Users via CSV

For roles such as Super Manager/Coach/Teacher and System Administrator in organizations, they can import users in bulk to their organization’s Lifetick account. This makes it a lot easier to upload users to Lifetick from your organisation’s records.

Re-send a welcome email to a user

If a user in your organisation has accidentally deleted or can’t locate their Lifetick welcome email (despite checking the spam folder), a user with a System Administrator role can re-send the invitation.

Add users to an organization

Organisations include businesses, schools, and families. Within the organisation, users can be coaches (e.g. managers, teachers, parents), clients (e.g. employees, students, children), or both. In order to add users to organisations, Coaches, Super Coaches, and System Administrators have the permission to do so. Coaches can add more users to her team while Super Coaches and System administrators can add users to the organisation.
