There are several other options available for each of these entities. When you first create your account you choose whether your “organisation” is a business, school or family. Once this is selected you will be restricted to options in your account only relevant to that selection.

There are three ways organisations can implement Core Values for their people: Leverage the default set of core values, Allow users to create their own core values individually. This is typically used for companies that want their employees to create goals in alignment with their Company Values.
