Lifetick generates automated emails for new users added to organisation accounts. However, these can be customised to provide additional content relevant to the organisation itself and the new users.
Go to ‘Settings’ and the ‘Branding’ tab. Check the ‘Display a custom message…’ box as shown below. Enter your custom message in the box provided and click the ‘Save branding’ button.
When you add new users, they will now receive an automated email with Lifetick’s standard text and login information along with your custom content inserted into the body of the email message.
